Prem Amrit

Yatra to India

October 11th-25th 2025

A spiritual journey that may become the most important of your life.

A yatra is not just a trip.

It is a sacred experience of awakening the purity and power of your Soul by practicing in the energetic field of holy places.

Golden Temple in Amritsar

A sacred city founded by the great spiritual teacher, Lord of Miracles, Guru Ram Das.

At the heart of the healing pond of water in it’s center stands the Golden Temple,
open on all four sides to welcome people of all faiths.

A powerful and deeply purifying Blue Tantric Energy flows through it.

Mantras are chanted here continuously by some of the best raagis (sacred singers),
creating a pure sound current that transforms all who are open to receive it.

The most powerful time to visit the Golden Temple is during Amrit Vela — the early, pre-dawn hours.

And of course, we will embrace this opportunity every day during our stay in Amritsar.

Amritsar is also a wonderful place to shop for affordable cashmere and pashmina shawls,
clothing, copper kitchenware, and other unique pieces.

Goindwal Sahib

Goindwal is an ancient Gurdwara with a sacred well, reached by 84 steps.

Here we will perform a powerful spiritual practice: 84 Steps of Goindwal with Japji Sahib or Mul Mantra.

This practice is said to liberate karma from 8.4 million lifetimes— not only for yourself,
but also for seven generations before and after you.

It can take 15 to 24 hours when done with Japji Sahib, or 2.5 to 3.5 hours with the Mul Mantra.

Those not doing the steps can support others in their practice or simply rest and experience the powerful energy of this sacred site.

Anandpur Sahib

The birthplace of the Khalsa—warriors of light with pure spirit.
“Anandpur” means “City of Bliss.”

It lies at the foothills of the Himalayas and was home to Guru Tegh Bahadur and his son, Guru Gobind Singh.

We will visit sacred sites connected to Guru Gobind Singh, the great yogi Baba Siri Chand, and Mata Sundri, the wife of Guru Gobind Singh, whose Gurudwara radiates protective and creative feminine energy.

We will also visit the beautiful Harian Belan, a sacred Gurdwara led by Sant Baba Nihal Singh Ji, who was very close with Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga.

Dharamsala

Dharamsala became the refuge and residence of the 14th Dalai Lama in 1959, following the Chinese invasion of Tibet.

We will visit the Dalai Lama’s residence, the Namgyal Monastery—the largest Tibetan monastery in India—
and the Norbulingka Institute.

Dharamsala is famous for its shopping opportunities. Here you can find unique souvenirs, jewelry, ancient Tibetan relicts and of course thangkas—sacred images used for meditation
and subconscious cleansing.

On the way to Dharamsala, we will stop at a sacred Gurdwara
where the great yogi Baba Siri Chand spent the final years of his life in deep meditation.

It is here that he received a powerful mantra for removing obstacles:
“Aad Sach, Jugaad Sach, Hai Bhee Sach, Nanak Hosee Bhee Sach.”

We will chant this mantra to clear life’s obstacles and support progress on our spiritual paths.

Rewalsar

A powerful energy portal opened by Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava), who is believed to be an incarnation of Guru Nanak.

At the heart of Rewalsar lies a sacred healing lake, revered in Tibetan Buddhism, Sikhism, and Hinduism.

We’ll visit Tibetan temples and meditation caves where Guru Rinpoche and his consort, Princess Mandarava, practiced for many years.

We’ll meditate at these power spots to rise to a new level on our personal spiritual path.

A stunningly peaceful place, charged with deeply purifying tantric energy.

Meet the teacher:

When you embark on a spiritual journey through India—especially with the intention to complete the sacred practice of the Steps in Goindwal—you need a guide who has walked this path many times before and holds the strength to lead you through it.

Prem Amrit (USA, Los Angeles)

Since 2015, Prem Amrit has been studying directly with the most powerful Kundalini Yoga teacher—Harijiwan.

She is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of Kundalini Yoga, with over 40 days of White Tantric Yoga practice in the U.S., France, and Russia.

She has visited Amritsar over 10 times and has personally guided over 40 people through the liberating 84 Steps practice in Goindwal—a practice she herself has completed three times.

“I first arrived in Amritsar in 2017. I came with the intention to do the Steps and didn’t expect much from the Golden Temple itself. But it was there that I felt a powerful, sweet ache from the opening of my heart center—and I realized my soul’s purpose. I promised myself then that I would bring others to the Steps and the Golden Temple to help them experience this for themselves.”

Prem Amrit is also a professional mantra singer (her music is available on all platforms) and the author of two books in Russian on correct mantra pronunciation.
