The Experience
- We will prepare for this deep experience with a short powerful breathwork practice.
- Afterward, participants will relax on their backs during the gong meditation, allowing the healing vibrations to guide them into a state of profound restoration and inner balance.
Meet the teachers
Prem Amrit and Harjodh have been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and Gong for over 11 years.
They use a unique Gong-playing method that is passed down through a lineage of yogic masters, to maximize the experience of healing and elevation.
