A yatra is not just a trip.
It is a sacred experience of awakening the purity and power of your Soul by practicing in the energetic field of holy places.

Amritsar is a holy city with a healing sacred lake at its center. In the middle of this lake stands the Golden Temple, open on all four sides to people of every faith. Amritsar is the home of Guru Ram Das, a great yogi and protector of the Kundalini Yoga lineage.
A powerful and deeply healing Blue Tantric energy flows through this sacred portal.
A pure and powerful sound current of ancient mantras, continuously performed here, nurtures your soul and deeply heals your heart. The energetic vibrations of this holy place have the power to heal on all levels anyone who is willing to open to them.
The most powerful time to experience the Golden Temple is during Amrit Vela — the early hours before dawn. We will immerse ourselves in this experience daily during our stay in Amritsar.
Here, we will not simply visit the Golden Temple and other holy places, but also practice Kundalini Yoga and meditation for a deep transformation amplified by the powerful energy of these power points.
Goindwal is an ancient Gurdwara founded by Guru Amar Das. It is also connected to Guru Ram Das, who served his master, Guru Amar Das, here and became his successor.
There is an ancient well here. Eighty-four marble steps lead you to its healing waters. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience a powerful spiritual practice that brings liberation from the karma of 8.4 million reincarnations — for yourself and for seven generations before and after you.
The practice involves immersing yourself in the healing waters, alternating with the recitation of Japji Sahib or Mul Mantra. Completing the practice takes approximately 15–24 hours with Japji Sahib, or 2.5–4.5 hours with Mul Mantra.
Those who choose not to do the Steps practice may support others who are completing it, or simply rest and absorb the energy of this place.
Preparation for the “Steps” practice begins well in advance — immediately after registration for the yatra.

We will also experience deep meditations in powerful places near Amritsar.
One of them is the place where Guru Nanak first spoke the Mul Mantra. It is located on the banks of the Kali Bein River. Guru Nanak immersed himself in its waters for three days and was believed to have drowned. During that time, he was merging with the Infinite. When he emerged from the river, he brought the sound current of the Mul Mantra and Japji Sahib to the Earth.
We will visit the temple located at this powerful site and practice a special meditation with the Mul Mantra there.
Our Yatra begins long before we arrive in India.
We want everyone to be energetically prepared for the experience ahead. That is why, after registration, all Yatra participants will receive:
Based on our many years of experience, participants have very different dietary preferences, which is why we do not include meals in the Yatra price.
You will be able to order food from the menu at the hotel where we will be staying, which is very convenient. It is a good hotel with high-quality Indian cuisine. They also offer mild, non-spicy European-style dishes.
In addition, we will show you other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, where you can go on your own or with other Yatra participants if you would like more variety in your meals.
You will also have the opportunity to eat for free at the langar at the Golden Temple.
During the support calls, we will provide you with complete information.
As for your budget, you can expect to spend around $150–$300 on food for the entire yatra. This varies greatly depending on individual habits. In general, food in India is very inexpensive.
October 8: Amritsar, Yatra begins
A taxi driver will meet you at the airport, after which you will check into the hotel and have time to rest. In the afternoon, we will have kundalini yoga, meditation and gong practice, followed by a visit to the Golden Temple.
October 9: Celebration of Guru Ram Das’s birthday
Very early in the morning, we will visit the Golden Temple, and afterward we will have a group Sadhana with mantra chanting to invoke miracles: we will sing the Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur shabad for 2.5 hours. Celebrating Guru Ram Das's birthday in a place so deeply infused with his energy is truly a magical experience!
October 10–15: Main part of the Yatra
October 16: Amritsar, Yatra ends
In the morning, we will have a group visit to the Golden Temple, followed by rest, a Kundalini Yoga practice, and then a transfer to the airport.
Prem Amrit (USA, Los Angeles) has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2015.
She has completed more than 45 days of White Tantric Yoga in the USA, France, and Russia. She has visited Amritsar 11 times, guided more than 40 people through the liberating 84 Steps of Goindwal practice, and completed it herself on three separate occasions.
“I first visited Amritsar in 2017. I came to India with the intention of completing the ‘Steps’ and did not expect much from the Golden Temple itself. But it was there that I experienced an overwhelming, bittersweet opening of the heart center and realized my Destiny. At that moment, I made a promise to bring others to the ‘Steps’ and the Golden Temple to support them in connecting with their soul and their unique mission on Earth.”
Prem Amrit is the author of two books on correct mantra pronunciation in Gurmukhi. Her mantra recordings can be found on all major music streaming platforms worldwide.
