About

Prem Amrit is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner. She has eight years of experience teaching Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Gong workshops in both Russia and the US.

Prem Amrit began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2015 and started her training as a Kundalini Yoga teacher that same year with her spiritual teacher, Harijiwan. She has continued her studies with Harijiwan since then, deepening her understanding of Kundalini Yoga and expanding her knowledge as a teacher.

In 2016, she attended her first White Tantric Yoga course in Moscow, Russia. Since then, she has actively sought opportunities to experience the healing power of the Blue Tantric Energy outside of formal White Tantric Yoga courses, which she has intensively practiced.

One can also connect to this Blue Tantric Energy through properly played Gong, Kundalini Yoga practice, and specific locations on the planet, such as the Golden Temple in Amritsar, which Prem Amrit has visited several times. During these visits, she completed the liberating practice of chanting Japji on the 84 steps of Goindwal on three separate occasions.

All the energy that Prem Amrit has worked to acquire over the years is now channeled into teaching Kundalini Yoga, creating Tantric Necklaces and recording Mantra Music.

Prem Amrit comes from a family with a deep connection to sound current. Her ancestors were priests and singers in the Orthodox Church in Russia. Although her family eventually pursued a worldly life, their connection to music remained strong. One of Prem Amrit’s great-grandfathers was a famous opera singer in Moscow in the early 20th century. From early childhood, Prem Amrit was surrounded by classical music performed by her family members and played piano herself. She was recognized for her good singing voice. However, it was through practicing Kundalini Yoga, learning Gurmukhi (the sacred script used to write Kundalini Yoga mantras), and Mantra pronunciation that she fully awakened her sound current. In 2023, she began professionally recording Mantra music.

Prem Amrit sees her mission as spreading the teachings of Kundalini Yoga in their pure form and helping people stay energized, protected, and strong in their practice and spirit.
